In order to further promote the deep integration of intellectual property and industrial development, accelerate the construction of industrial intellectual property alliance, and help the transformation and upgrading of key industries in our province, on the afternoon of April 24th, the provincial intellectual property office held the provincial industrial intellectual property alliance work exchange meeting in Wenzhou.
The meeting summarized and exchanged the development status and operation of intellectual property alliances of key industries in the province in recent years, found the shortcomings that restricted the deep development of industrial intellectual property alliances, and studied and deployed the key points of the next stage of alliance work. The heads of the Patent Management Office of the Provincial Intellectual Property Office, the relevant offices of the municipal intellectual property offices, the seven key industrial intellectual property alliances registered by the state and some local industrial intellectual property alliances in Wenzhou attended the meeting.
The Guide to the Construction of Industrial Intellectual Property Alliance issued by the State Intellectual Property Office in 2015 clearly states that industrial intellectual property alliance is an industrial alliance with intellectual property as the link and patent collaborative application as the foundation. It is a consortium formed by voluntary alliance of more than two market players with highly related interests in the industry to safeguard the overall interests of the industry and provide professional intellectual property services for industrial innovation and entrepreneurship. It is a new type of industrial collaborative development organization based on the integration and strategic application of intellectual property resources. The purpose of establishing industrial intellectual property alliance is to promote the deep integration of intellectual property rights and industrial development, strengthen the comprehensive management and application ability of intellectual property rights of alliance members, enhance the value of intellectual property rights, protect the intellectual property interests of alliance members, better support innovation and development, and enhance the international competitiveness of industries.
Up to now, seven industrial intellectual property alliances in our province have been successfully registered with the State Intellectual Property Office, namely: Huzhou Elevator Industry Intellectual Property Alliance, Hangzhou High-tech Zone (Binjiang) Internet of Things Industry Intellectual Property Alliance, Zhejiang Magnetic Material Industry Intellectual Property Alliance, Zhejiang Huangyan Electric Vehicle Plastic Parts Industry Intellectual Property Alliance, China Low-voltage Intelligent Electrical Appliance Industry Intellectual Property Alliance, Zhejiang (Anji) Bamboo Fiber Industry Intellectual Property Alliance and Zhejiang Longyou Communication Antenna Industry Intellectual Property Alliance.
