On August 4, Lu Tingting, director of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, went to Huangyan District cross-border e-commerce enterprises and Taizhou University to conduct research and hold a symposium on the operation and management of enterprises and the talent training of cross-border e-commerce in universities.
Yu Changbin, Deputy Director of Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Huangyan District Bureau of Commerce, E-commerce Department of Municipal Bureau of Commerce and other relevant personnel accompanied the investigation. Leaders of relevant cross-border e-commerce enterprises attended the enterprise discussion meeting. Li Junmin, Vice President of Taizhou University, and cross-border e-commerce teachers of Taizhou University attended the cross-border e-commerce talent training forum.

This year is a dilemma and a good opportunity.
She stressed that first, enterprises should think about how to reduce operating costs through resource integration.
Second, enterprises should be good at building superior team management and operation.
Third, enterprises should be good at summarizing the failure cases of the previous round of cross-border e-commerce, pay attention to rules, give full play to advantages and highlight their strength.
Fourth, the commercial department should attach great importance to the development of cross-border e-commerce, take the initiative to serve, help enterprises to relieve difficulties, and cultivate the development and growth of enterprises.
In Taizhou University, Director Lu Tingting and his delegation exchanged views with teachers from Business School and School of Foreign Trade of Taizhou University on the training of cross-border e-commerce students and social talents of Taizhou University.
Director Lv Tingting pointed out that at present, Taizhou enterprises have a great demand for cross-border e-commerce talents. The Municipal Bureau of Commerce has carried out school-local cooperation with Taizhou University to make joint efforts to provide cross-border e-commerce talents for social enterprises.
Director Lv Tingting stressed that school-local cooperation to promote cross-border talent training is still in the initial stage, and there is a large room for progress. We should explore several directions: first, demand orientation, direction and positioning of talent cultivation, which need to focus on the needs of enterprises for talents.
The second is market-oriented, closely around the future development trend of cross-border e-commerce industry to cultivate.
The third is problem-oriented, compared with social training institutions, the analysis of the advantages and weaknesses of colleges and universities, learn from each other.
Four is the resource integration, the learning.Integrate the power of institutions, industry associations, and enterprises into talent cultivation.
