Yang Jianwu warmly welcomes the visit of Lin Liang and his delegation from the Provincial Cultural Investment Group, and sincerely congratulates the group on its development achievements. He believes that the cooperation between the Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau and the Provincial Cultural Investment Group in recent years has been very harmonious, especially the Provincial Ancient Architecture Design and Research Institute, a subsidiary of the Provincial Cultural Investment Group, actively participates in cultural relic protection work and has made important contributions to the development of cultural relics in our province. Yang Jianwu stated that in the future, the Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau will continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the Provincial Cultural Investment Group. Firstly, we will continue to support the Provincial Institute of Ancient Architecture Design and Research to become stronger and larger, fully leveraging its advantages as a national leader in the industry, and further expanding its business scope; Secondly, we will fully support the spatial operation project of the Zhijiang Cultural Center. It is recommended to focus on “using tourism thinking to attract traffic and commercial thinking to operate”, fully plan and make good use of each space, and build the Zhijiang Cultural Center into an important window for Zhejiang to showcase its image to the outside world, providing a model for the spatial operation of public cultural venues throughout the province and even the country; Thirdly, we warmly welcome the full chain participation of the Provincial Cultural Investment Group in the construction of a strong cultural and museum province. We will actively contribute to the protection, value excavation, effective utilization, and revitalization of cultural relics, using them to promote preservation and utilization, and playing a greater role in the protection and inheritance of cultural relics and cultural heritage.
Lin Liang introduced the main business scope and recent business development of the Provincial Cultural Investment Group, and expressed his hope to establish a closer government enterprise cooperation mechanism with the Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau to promote the coordinated development of cultural relics work and industry. One is to focus on the operation of the Zhijiang Cultural Center space, hoping that both sides can strengthen the sharing of advantageous resources and achieve win-win cooperation; Secondly, we will vigorously deepen cooperation in the field of cultural and creative industries, make good use of Zhejiang’s rich cultural relics resources, establish a mechanism for joint research, construction, and sharing, and jointly build a platform for cultural and creative transformation in Zhejiang Province; Thirdly, we will jointly explore the construction of cultural relics revitalization and utilization projects, and expand cooperation in projects such as archaeological site parks and national cultural parks; Fourthly, we will continue to strengthen guidance for the Provincial Institute of Ancient Architecture Design and Research, fully leveraging its role in cultural heritage research and innovation, protection and utilization, and digital reform.
