Recently, the signing and unveiling ceremony of the All Sea Deep Buoyant Material Technology Center was held in Linhai City.
At the unveiling ceremony, Wang Liping, Deputy Director of the Ningbo Institute of Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences (presiding over the work), stated that the All Ocean Deep Buoyant Materials Technology Center is a marine composite material research and development base jointly established by Taizhou Zhongfu New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and the Ningbo Institute of Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In the future, both sides will deepen exchanges and cooperation, further promote the construction of innovation systems, improve innovation chains, promote the establishment of standards for buoyancy materials at all levels, and contribute to the development of national buoyancy materials.
It is reported that the Ningbo Institute of Materials of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is the first national research institution established by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Zhejiang, achieving a breakthrough in the “zero” system research institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Zhejiang Province. It is a talent, technology, and innovation highland for new material technology research in the province. Taizhou Zhongfu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is currently the most comprehensive enterprise in the field of deep-sea buoyancy materials in China, with the strongest industrialization ability, the highest engineering application performance, and the most complete product certification. Its products have been successfully applied in important fields such as offshore oil and gas, offshore wind power, deep-sea mining, and deep-sea scientific research. The joint efforts of both sides, with complementary advantages, and the establishment of a technology center, will help to form a linkage innovation system, achieve resource sharing of information, technology, talent, and other resources, assist in industrial transformation and upgrading, achieve independent and controllable marine innovation capabilities and technology, and better promote the construction of a strong coastal technology city.
