Yongkang Science and Technology Bureau has always been focusing on the needs of the industry, exploring the establishment of a “trinity” technical research system, which combines bridging and docking with science and technology, striving for major projects, and unveiling the list, so as to contact and dock colleges and universities for enterprises, guide the application for scientific and technological projects, obtain financial support from superiors, and “unveiling the list” to release technical problems to attract key talents and continuously improve the core competitiveness of the hardware industry.
The first is the scientific and technological bridging mechanism. Focusing on the needs of Yongkang’s traditional industries and high-tech industries, we have organized enterprises to go to Guangdong, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Jiangsu, Shenzhen and other innovative places for more than 20 years, guiding and supporting enterprises to carry out cutting-edge technology research and development, and making breakthroughs in many key technical problems in the industry, such as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, AI nondestructive testing and sorting equipment technology for fruits and vegetables, a new generation of micro-prism reflective film, and research and development of core components of S-type double-arc toothed harmonic reducer.
The second is to establish a key project tackling mechanism. Relying on major scientific and technological projects at or above the provincial level, we will actively carry out research on scientific and technological projects. In 2020, Yongkang was granted one national science and technology assistance program project and four provincial major science and technology projects, and won more than 12.3 million yuan of special research and development funds from higher authorities. It is estimated that in 2-3 years, it will overcome more than 10 key common technologies in the industry and break through more than 3 technologies.
The third is to establish a research mechanism of “revealing the list and taking the lead”. We have comprehensively sorted out industrial problems, established a list of technical requirements of enterprises, and released 230 technical problems and technical requirements to scientific research institutions around the world. Among them, the project of “Flexible Intelligent Automation Sheet Metal Production Line Transformation” of Xinduo Group, which was unveiled by Professor Wu Chuanyu of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, won a special report in CCTV’s “Focus Interview” column.
