Recently, a large number of outbreaks have occurred in many places in China. The epidemic situation is severe and complex, and the pressure for prevention and control is gradually increasing. According to the deployment of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, the municipal bureau of commerce started the investigation, prevention and control work at the first time. In the afternoon of August 13, Zhang Yan, secretary of the Party Leadership Group, director of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and first level inspector, led the team to carry out a special inspection on the epidemic prevention and control of some key commercial enterprises in Yinzhou, Jiangbei, Zhenhai and Haishu in the form of “four no two direct”, so as to effectively build the epidemic prevention wall in the business field.
The inspection team focused on the on-site supervision and inspection of “two entrances” (separate entrances and exits), “four pieces” (code checking, temperature measurement, wearing masks, one meter line), “four accounts” (personnel screening, vaccination, nucleic acid testing, environmental disinfection and sterilization), “six haves” (prevention and control guidelines, emergency plans, organizational systems, protective materials, emergency areas, medical support) and other links.
In view of the problems found in the inspection, Director Zhang Yan asked all commercial and trade enterprises to recognize the complexity of the current epidemic situation, attach great importance to the prevention and control of the epidemic situation, rectify immediately, and increase the prevention and control efforts.
He stressed that commercial enterprises are the key area and key link of epidemic prevention and control, and should fully understand the current severe situation of epidemic prevention and control. First, we should improve our political standing and always tighten the strings of epidemic prevention and control. Further implement the responsibility of local supervision and the responsibility of enterprises as the main body, effectively enhance the awareness of prevention and control, and further strengthen the work, standards, and responsibilities. In particular, we should pay attention to the management of imported cold chain food, and achieve full process tracking, full chain traceability, and all-round control. Second, we should strictly implement measures and do a solid job in “small door” epidemic prevention control. Strictly implement various measures such as personnel’s temperature measurement and bright code wearing masks, keeping a safe distance of one meter line, doing well in ventilation, disinfection and sterilization and environmental cleaning, and make every link of “external prevention input, internal prevention rebound” in place to ensure that the epidemic prevention and control is not lax and normalized. Third, we must strictly implement the closed-loop rectification, and deal with it accurately and efficiently. Regularly supervise the epidemic prevention and control work in key places, key personnel and key links, establish and reform the problems found, improve the emergency plan, control all possible risks at the minimum time and scope, and make every effort to build a solid line of defense against the epidemic in the trade field.
