Among them, the silver award patent is “a molybdenum disulfide/lead-titanium alloy nano-multilayer film and preparation method thereof” (ZL201611033386.1), and the excellence patent is “omnidirectional mobile handling robot” (ZL201610658548.4).
“A kind of molybdenum disulfide/lead-titanium alloy nano-multilayer film and preparation method thereof” provides a preparation method for multilayer film on the surface of the substrate that can be used in vacuum environment. The film can reduce the adhesion wear of metal parts in service, improve the resistance to vacuum cold welding, and enhance the reliability and service life of vacuum space equipment. The technology focuses on solving the problems of traditional molybdenum disulfide film in humid and hot environment, which is easy to deliquescence, oxidation, anti-atomic oxygen and poor proton irradiation, and is widely used in moving parts of space equipment such as rockets, satellites, and Shenzhou spacecraft, and has achieved significant social benefits.
