The ceremony to commemorate the 85th anniversary of the outbreak of the National Anti Japanese War was held on the morning of the 7th at the Chinese People’s Anti Japanese War Memorial Hall. Wang Huning, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Secretary of the Central Secretariat, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech., Pay tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed bravely in the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japan. The representative of the capital university student takes the oath. The outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japan opened up the main battlefield of the world’s anti fascist war in the East. At the historical juncture of the Chinese nation’s life and death, the CPC, upholding the national justice, held high the banner of resistance against Japan, actively advocated and vigorously promoted the anti Japanese national united front based on the cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, fought the most heroic and resolute struggle against the Japanese aggressors, and became the mainstay of the national resistance. All the Chinese people went to the national crisis and fought bravely, demonstrating the backbone and spirit of the Chinese nation’s indomitable power.
