Disinfection at the entrance is “standard”, and the dining room needs to go through 11 passes… Recently, with the resumption of work and production of enterprises in various parts of our province, some enterprises have their own ingenuity in epidemic prevention measures to fully protect the life, health and safety of employees, so as to achieve the two goals of epidemic prevention and production.
It takes 11 passes to cook a meal
On the morning of February 10, the textile workshop of Kangsaini Group Co., Ltd. was busy in Jiangbei District, Ningbo. The company was approved to resume work on the same day, and the employees took up their posts after temperature monitoring.
“With more than 300 workers returning to work and more staff, the pressure of epidemic prevention will be great.” These days, Director Chen of the Group Office is very busy. All epidemic prevention measures must be in place when the enterprise returns to work and employees return to work.
More than 300 people eat, and the safety of dining in the canteen is the most important. After repeated discussions, according to the regulations of relevant departments and the actual situation of the enterprise, the company decided that to ensure the safety of employees’ meals, the canteen staff must pass 11 passes. It includes three levels, including gloves and disinfection for canteen staff before meals, five levels, including daily temperature measurement, traceability of food materials and standardized operation during meals, and three levels, including tableware, canteen disinfection and food sample retention after meals.
Give full play to the director’s self-made decoction
“Wash your hands frequently, take your temperature, and drink soup and medicine!” In the epidemic prevention measures of Zhejiang Benefit Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a Lishui enterprise, drinking soup and medicine is particularly noticeable.
Benefit Pharmaceutical is a research and development and production enterprise of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules. Before and after the resumption of work, the company formulated a series of measures for epidemic prevention and control, and specially placed several pots of boiled Chinese medicine decoction in the lobby on the first floor of the office building, requiring employees to take it once a day, and not less than 5 days. The employees also actively cooperated with the company’s epidemic prevention measures. On the registration form next to them, the employees who drank Chinese medicine wrote down their names.
“We have a better understanding of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine. In view of the epidemic situation, we asked the company’s traditional Chinese medicine development experts to prepare a prescription to help improve the immunity of employees,” said Guo Lianping, vice president of the company.
At the entrance of the company, identity information registration, temperature measurement and vehicle disinfection became the “standard” for entering the park.
Employees sit in “private rooms” for meals
“Each person has a ‘private room’, with at least one seat between them.” In the canteen of Zhejiang Chunfeng Power Co., Ltd., which was originally able to accommodate more than 400 people at one time, the spacious dining table was separated into “compartments” by cardboard. Sun Quan, deputy general manager of the company, said that this was to reduce unnecessary physical contact.
The first batch of workers returned to work has more than 440 people. In order to resume work and production smoothly, the company has done enough homework in advance. Especially in the dining of employees, the company adopts staggered peak dining to divide the employees into several batches to avoid personnel gathering in the canteen.
For the partition on the table, the company will disinfect it with alcohol twice a day. To be on the safe side, the canteen also replaced the original stainless steel tableware with disposable tableware, which is the ultimate in the details of safety protection. Now employees are used to keeping a “safe distance” when walking and not disturbing each other when eating.
As a key foreign trade enterprise in the province, the company has formulated strict standards for returning workers: they must have been in Hangzhou 14 days ago and be healthy; I have not been to the epidemic area since January 1 this year; No contact with suspected or confirmed cases in the last 14 days; There are no confirmed patients in the residential area and surrounding areas. Only those who meet the above four conditions can be included in the first batch of employees who return to work.
