In the first quarter, the online retail sales in Changxing County reached 1.53 billion yuan, up 26.6% year-on-year. The export value of cross-border e-commerce 9710/9810 local comprehensive test area reached 382 million yuan, accounting for 45% of the city’s cross-border e-commerce. The number of cross-border e-commerce filing enterprises exceeded 170, and nearly 100 enterprises completed cross-border e-commerce export declarations. E-commerce double-entry assessment ranks first in the city. It was selected into the special incentive list for the pilot cross-border e-commerce development of provincial industrial clusters in 2021, and won the provincial financial fund of 2 million yuan. Changxing County E-commerce Public Service Center was awarded the list of outstanding units of the Provincial Department of Commerce in 2020.
First, attract e-commerce quality projects. Towns (streets, parks) in Changxing County actively expand investment channels, increase the attraction of projects, and introduce high-quality e-commerce projects, including three new high-quality e-commerce projects with a total investment of over 10 million yuan. Newly introduced Beijing Lezi Tiancheng Culture Development Co., Ltd., the second leading enterprise in the national toy industry, will create an annual online transaction volume of more than 500 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of more than 55 million yuan for Changxing after the project is put into production, helping Changxing e-commerce to flourish.
Second, cultivate leading e-commerce enterprises. The leading local e-commerce enterprises, led by Changxing Xian and Changxing Taihu Dragon Dream, are developing rapidly. Changxing Xian elements are strongly launched to screen the golden position of high-speed railway station in the core city circle of the Yangtze River Delta region, such as Shanghai, Hangzhou and Suzhou, and display local e-commerce brands in an all-round way. It is estimated that the monthly page views will exceed 40 million. Dragon Dream created an online and offline experience, promoted animal brands online through e-commerce platforms such as Tik Tok and launched short videos of animal cute treasures. In the first quarter, the online marketing volume of Dragon Dream increased by 70.85%.
Third, carry out cross-border e-commerce training. From January to March, the County Bureau of Commerce cooperated with Huzhou Bureau of Commerce, Huzhou Customs and other departments to sort out and compile the operational guidelines for cross-border e-commerce, becoming the first county in three counties and two districts of Huzhou to issue operational guidelines for cross-border e-commerce filing and set up a filing group. At the same time, we will jointly carry out cross-border e-commerce 9710/9810 business training and policy publicity with towns (parks, streets) and cross-border e-commerce platforms. Up to now, more than 30 business training meetings and resource matchmaking meetings have been organized, covering more than 80% of foreign trade enterprises in the county.
Fourth, expand cross-border e-commerce entities. The “Kirin Plan” was launched to deepen the incubation of cross-border e-commerce enterprises. The first phase of the Kirin Pavilion Amazon cross-border e-commerce incubation class was successfully completed, and high-quality students have achieved monthly sales of 50,000 to 100,000 US dollars on platforms such as WISH and Ebay. Create Changxing (Jiapu) Textile Industry Belt in China Manufacturing Network, and set up Changxing Textile Industry Belt Zone in China Manufacturing Network to display Changxing high-quality textile foreign trade enterprises and products in a centralized way. Up to now, 40 companies have settled in and opened platform accounts. Through accurate drainage of advertisements inside and outside the station, the exposure traffic and access traffic of settled businesses have doubled.
