What if the elevator breaks down?
The previous existing emergency rescue, inspection, supervision database is independent, data dispersion and other pain points, in the recent days officially launched in Hangzhou “integrated elevator intelligent management system” has been further solved.
One map realizes the precise positioning of more than 159,000 elevators in the city, which is the basis of the intelligent management system.
In Hangzhou Special Equipment Testing and Research Institute, the reporter saw the electronic map of the elevator through the large screen.
Zhou Jianming, director of the special equipment safety supervision Department of Hangzhou Market Supervision Bureau, said that it is the elevator basic data database that supports the intelligent management system.
In February this year, Hangzhou became one of the first four cities in China to carry out the pilot of elevator intelligent supervision.
Relying on new technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data, Hangzhou has established a basic database of elevators in the city, which includes all the basic data, maintenance data and inspection data of elevators in the city.
With the intelligent management system, the disposal center can grasp and retrieve the real-time progress of the city’s elevator failure and rescue and disposal at any time.
Recently, Hangzhou resident Mr.Li and his companions were trapped on the 17th floor in Hangzhou Xintiandi block.
” The elevator immediately began to play the comfort video, about 5 minutes to the rescue workers arrived, there has been a reminder in the middle, although a little worried at the beginning, but the whole process is more reassuring.
” Mr.Li said afterwards.
An elevator with intelligent supervision device like Xintiandi Block can realize automatic alarm and automatic comfort of the trapped people.
At present, 20,689 elevators in Hangzhou have been installed with this device.
” Uncovered elevator, trapped people only need to dial 96333, can immediately access the intelligent rescue platform.
” Hangzhou Special equipment Testing and Research Institute emergency response department deputy director Wang Libin introduced.
The intelligent rescue platform is an important part of the elevator intelligent management system, and the 5,096 certified elevator maintenance and rescue personnel in Hangzhou were all included.
Once the elevator fails, the platform will automatically identify and issue an alarm, and the 96333 telephone operator will contact the passengers in the elevator in the first time for manual comfort.
At the same time, relying on the electronic map of the elevator, the platform will also automatically send orders to the nearest elevator maintenance and rescue workers.
In addition, Hangzhou has also set up an “elevator safety code” in the lower right corner of the “special equipment use sign” in all elevators.
Maintenance personnel can scan the code to conduct daily maintenance and maintenance records, etc. Citizens can also scan the code to understand the daily maintenance and inspection of the elevator, and conduct one-click repair and complaints, to provide support for the regulatory authorities to achieve accurate supervision.
