With the support of the innovation platform and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and high-end talent services, we will deepen cooperation with the University of Science and Technology Beijing. Jointly create a scientific and technological innovation base and a postgraduate practice base with leading enterprises and small, medium and micro enterprises in our county, and carry out the research and development of new special steel materials, key core technology research, achievement transformation and application with the cooperation mechanism of “enterprise + project”, and strive to improve the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Since the establishment of the Institute, the School of Materials Science and Technology Beijing has organized a technical team to go deep into Qingtian stainless steel and valve enterprises for more than 30 people, excavated 26 technical needs of enterprises, actively held stainless steel industry achievement docking meetings, and carried out “face-to-face” communication and “one-to-one” service with enterprises. Qingtian New Materials Research Institute of University of Science and Technology Beijing has successfully settled in Qingchuang Building in our county, accelerating the docking of enterprise technology demand information and university innovation achievement transformation demand information, realizing timely and effective sharing of information, and further enhancing the carrying capacity and support of the science and technology service industry.

Expand the way of cooperation between government, school and enterprise talents, co-educate and share intellectual resources, rely on the Qingtian New Materials Research Institute of the University of Science and Technology Beijing, continuously promote the talent cultivation model of “integration of engineering and learning”, hold the first basic theory training course of metal materials in Qingtian County, and cultivate a total of 17 enterprises and 115 technical personnel, and further strengthen the construction of professional and skilled talents.
