A few days ago, Jin Xin, a staff member of Yiwu Lugang E-commerce Town, operated on a self-service machine in Jinyi District of Zhejiang Pilot Free Trade Zone. In less than one minute, a business license electronic certificate was printed out. “I plan to settle in the town, but I forgot to bring the original and copy of my business license. With the service station, I don’t have to run back to get it, which is convenient.” Zhu Jinsong, the head of Yiwu Tangdai E-commerce Co., Ltd., praised the efficient service.
A few days ago, the first government service station in Yiwu Free Trade Zone was put into use in the e-commerce town of Lugang, and the government service window was moved to the “doorstep” of e-commerce enterprises, further improving the efficiency of government affairs and optimizing the business environment.
The service post has a comprehensive government service self-service machine and a manual service window, and combines the development needs and characteristics of e-commerce enterprises to “customize” exclusive government services. Here, merchants can handle 677 businesses by themselves.
“In the past, our services were limited to property services, investment promotion and leasing. When it comes to business involving government affairs, business owners still have to go to the administrative service center, which is time-consuming and laborious.” Chen yanyi, general manager of Zhejiang lugang e-commerce service co., ltd. introduced. The company is the main service provider of the e-commerce town in Lugang, and the arrival of the service post has greatly improved the service capacity of the town.
As a characteristic town in the Jinyi area of the Free Trade Zone, Lugang E-commerce Town has attracted a total of 209 entities including backbone e-commerce enterprises, cultural creativity, e-commerce platforms and e-commerce training, and has 864 virtual registered enterprises in the Free Trade Zone. Among them, there are 28 e-commerce companies with annual sales exceeding 100 million yuan.
In the early stage of the post construction, Yiwu Administrative Service Center will sort out 80 items and 677 businesses involving eight departments, including the Market Supervision Bureau and the Taxation Bureau, with the management committee of Yiwu Business Service Industry Cluster and Lugang Group, and extend them to Lugang e-commerce town in two ways: private network management and guidance network management, and make them public on the wall. The management committee of Yiwu Business Service Industry Cluster is specially equipped with government service self-service machines for the town. “We also organized small town employees to carry out professional training, and built a communication platform with business leaders of relevant government departments to ensure the window service capability.” The relevant person in charge of Yiwu Administrative Service Center said.
“Company change, registration, employee insurance registration and other businesses can be done under the guidance of the station staff, and one-stop service.” Wang Xuefei, head of Zhejiang Puxi Brand Management Co., Ltd., said with emotion, “It is really convenient for our enterprise.”
Next, Yiwu will continue to deepen the mode of government service station, focusing on the gathering areas of enterprises and talents in the Free Trade Zone, continuously extending government services, and successively launching high-frequency service items “to do it nearby”, so that government services can truly extend to the “doorstep” of enterprises.
