Han Jie said frankly that at present, the industry has developed to a brand-new stage-the investment strategy for platform development has been constantly adjusted, the operating rules of the platform have become increasingly “strict”, the era of hundred battles has come rapidly, the industry is driven by capital, and the talent market is booming. The whole industry is making a comprehensive “slow” docking with traditional industries. Facing the four difficulties of products, talents, capital and brand in the transformation of cross-border e-commerce manufacturing industry, enterprises need to realize the overall transformation of cross-border e-commerce enterprises from seven implementation paths: knowing themselves, positioning analysis, path selection, appraisal and implementation, re-opening adjustment, ecological coordination and seizing opportunities.
Combined with years of experience in the cross-border e-commerce industry, Han Jie believes that at present, the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem 1.0 has been formed, but 1.0 solves the most basic problems of water, electricity, coal and resource linking, which are needed by primary sellers.
