From August 30th to September 1st, the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism formed two research and guidance groups to conduct research and guidance in various regions. The research guidance group visited 4 district level cities, 8 counties (cities, districts), and 27 provincial government livelihood project construction sites through a combination of on-site observation and discussion. They held 8 symposiums, focusing on investigating the situation of provincial government livelihood projects (such as the “15 minute quality cultural life circle”, urban study rooms, cultural stations, and rural museums) since 2022. At the symposium, four district level cities, eight county (city, district) cultural and tourism bureaus, and related construction and operation entities discussed the implementation of policies, main practices (including work plans, construction, operation, and achievements), highlights and characteristics (project construction, work mechanism, public cultural services, operation mode, publicity and promotion), existing problems, and suggestions on the provincial government’s livelihood projects The next step is to make communication and speeches on various aspects, and the research team also reported on the relevant work situation in the province. Through communication and discussion, we summarized the demands and suggestions of various regions, studied and helped solve difficulties and problems.
