In Baihe village, the expert group inspected the construction base of pickle workshop in Baihe village, and put forward suggestions on the next step of enterprise entry, exhibition hall layout and production workshop design; In Yajing succulent production base, around the extension of succulent industrial chain, the development of succulent was docked, and different varieties of succulent samples were collected for nutritional composition determination.
For a long time, Liu Daqun, a provincial science and technology correspondent, has been based on the reality of Dongkeng Town in Jingning County, carrying out research services on processing technology around Dongkeng’s special pickles, succulents and fruits, and striving to upgrade the industrial brand of Dongkeng Town. For example, according to the processing mode and present situation of pickles in Baihe village, Dongkeng town, a set of processing technology standards for pickles were formulated, and they were demonstrated in small workshops, and the related outer packaging was designed, and the long shelf life of bagged pickles was studied, which effectively improved the standards and brand value of pickles in Dongkeng; Based on the existing varieties in Dongkeng town succulent base, according to the characteristics and variety diversity of succulent cultivation, the contents of polysaccharide, reducing sugar and polyphenol in 48 succulent were analyzed, and the products with antioxidant capacity were screened and developed to promote the development of succulent industry. At the same time, the group standard of Shexiang vermicelli was drafted to promote the healthy development of vermicelli.
