Compared with the previous two sessions, this event has outstanding highlights and significant results.
One is that the brand is more prominent. This event aims to create a theme song, create a food map, design a cartoon cute doll, and systematically create a “Mom’s Taste” brand gold business card. The theme song “Soft Zhejiang Yiwei” combines the soft and beautiful female voice of Jiangnan with the dynamic and cool rap, vividly showcasing the craftsmanship spirit of Zhejiang’s culinary women who not only focus on the inheritance of culinary culture, but also seek innovation. The cartoon cute doll image of “Mom’s Taste” vividly reflects the diligence and agility of a clever woman in Jiangnan, making people involuntarily look forward to the nostalgic “Mom’s Taste” in the cute doll pot. “Mom’s Taste – Zhejiang Folk Food Map” includes the award-winning delicacies of the first and second “Mom’s Taste” Folk Food Clever Women’s Show, as well as 100 specially recommended skilled hand delicacies in this competition. By threading dots and connecting them into a surface, it not only promotes and showcases skilled cuisine, but also provides a “delicious map” for food enthusiasts.
The second is to further improve the level. The invited guests were even more weighty, with special invitations for national level culinary experts such as Hong Rong, President of the China Food Culture Research Association, Zhu Yongsong, a century Confucian chef and national treasure level chef, Huang Qifang, a national treasure level culinary master, Jia Yunfeng, an expert and professor at the United Nations World Tourism Organization, Zhang Shuliang, Vice President of the China Food Culture Research Association, and Xu Hong to participate in the event.
Thirdly, the content is more pragmatic. A special food promotion section has been set up, with 11 talented folk food women from 11 cities representing their food, vividly introducing food stories and culture. A special food display area has been set up, with 60 participating delicacies carefully designed and displayed in a concentrated manner, fully reflecting the wisdom, diligence, and practical innovation spirit of Zhejiang’s skilled women. We specially invited leaders from the Food Management Office of the Provincial Administrative Center, Ctrip Travel Network, Zhejiang Travel Group, Century Lianhua Supermarket, Hangzhou Zhiweiguan (Weizhuang), Longjing Radisson Hotel, Quzhou Oriental Hotel and other units and enterprises to participate in the event. We also held a purchaser signing ceremony on site to build a sales and procurement docking platform, further enhancing the competitiveness of Qiaowomen’s cuisine.
Fourthly, the evaluation is more optimized. The final score is composed of expert ratings, public and media reviews, and online voting scores. For the first time, this event has introduced media judges, consisting of journalists from multiple news media outlets such as Guangming Daily, Economic Daily, China Central Radio, Qianjiang Evening News, Zhejiang Online, and Tianmu News. At the same time, the proportion of each score should be reasonable, highlighting the folk, popular, and fair nature of the activity..Programs such as the skillful female skill show dance “Proud of You” and the Zhejiang Qipao Culture Festival and the final of the second Qipao Competition in Quzhou City. The activities of eating and watching attracted many tourists, and the scene was very popular. There were crowds in front of each booth, making it very lively.
