Second, the responsibility of territorial organization management. It is clear that the leaders of the United Front work in towns (streets) take the overall responsibility for the management of local folk belief activities, and focus on arranging deputy town-level cadres who retreat to the second line in towns (streets) with more folk belief activities to assist the United Front Committee members in the daily management of folk belief affairs, and give full play to their advantages of familiarity and rich experience; The village (community) director is responsible for the management of folk belief places, and determines a member of the two committees of the village (community) to participate in the democratic self-management organization of folk belief places. Third, the democratization of self-management in places. Fully mobilize and give full play to the role of democratic management organizations in places, require that the person in charge of democratic management organizations should not be over 60 years old, and suggest that the members of management organizations should be equipped with an appropriate proportion of young managers. The management organization produces democratic procedures and defines the responsibilities of the members of the management organization. Refine the objectives and working standards of standardized management. Uniform printing of the Record Book of Important Matters in Places of Folk Belief Activities, democratic management team meetings, collective research on major financial expenditures, daily activities, various safety inspections, and charitable activities should all be recorded, and democratic management can be traced.
