In order to enrich the lives of the people of all ethnic groups, promote the exchange and friendship of young talents of all ethnic groups and better integrate into their second hometown, recently, the Yinzhou District People’s Promotion Association of Ningbo responded positively to the “Three Plans” and held a talent charging exchange meeting with the Panhuo Street People’s Promotion Association in Pomegranate Red Tongxin Home in Panhuo Street, attracting young talents from all ethnic groups in the region to participate, promoting the embedded development of all ethnic groups and the exchanges and exchanges between young people of all ethnic groups.
The talent policy brought by Huan Wang (Mongolian), deputy director of the District Human Resources Market Development Promotion Center, member of the People’s Sect of the District Political Consultative Conference and deputy secretary general of the District People’s Promotion Association, has answered the policy-related questions about living allowance, employment allowance, housing allowance, rental allowance and so on, which are closely concerned by young people of all ethnic groups, and promoted the deep integration of young people of all ethnic groups in space, economy, culture, society and psychology.
During the activity, the Street People’s Promotion Association awarded Bao Lingli (Mongolian), deputy manager of Ningbo Ruiding Technology Co., Ltd., the “Bao Lingli Pomegranate Red Entrepreneurship Studio”, and the studio was formally established. Ruiding Technology is an accelerated platform for technology enterprises jointly built with Panhuo Street. Combined with the existing resources, the studio provides entrepreneurial policy answers, entrepreneurial resources links, fund services for start-ups, and diversified services for enterprise platform construction, talent introduction, technical research and development, honorary qualifications, financial services and special funds for entrepreneurial talents of all ethnic groups in Yinzhou, helping compatriots of all ethnic groups from all corners of the country to start businesses and innovate in Panhuo.
At the event site, Wei Xiaohong, the representative inheritor of paper-cutting of intangible cultural heritage in Ningbo, led young people of all ethnic groups to experience the non-legacy paper-cutting activities, further narrowing the distance between young people of all ethnic groups. Teacher Wei also cut a red pomegranate shape on the spot, which symbolizes the beautiful vision of all ethnic groups hugging together like pomegranate seeds.
