According to the statistics of Alipay platform, since the opening of public ticket sales in July, the search volume of “Asian Games Tickets” has increased by more than 30 times. The official payment desk of the Asian Games Village is ready. Alipay’s official payment service desk in the Asian Games Village has been officially opened, and more than 100 bilingual customer service ambassadors will be stationed at the service desk to provide mobile payment guidance and answer questions for athletes, referees and media reporters.
Customer service in 7 languages is ready. In order to better help global tourists use mobile payment in China, Alipay launched the Asian Games customer service lines in seven languages, including English, Korean, Indonesian and Arabic.

Public transportation is ready. Hangzhou Transportation Bureau and Hangzhou Public Transport Group, together with Alipay, provided 28 bus lanes with 36 characteristic buses in famous scenic spots in Hangzhou, such as Bai Causeway, Broken Bridge and Lingyin Temple, as well as in major business districts, food streets and several sports venues, which facilitated global tourists to enjoy the Hangzhou Asian Games.
The scenic spot is ready. Hangzhou West Lake Scenic Area joins hands with Alipay to realize a mobile phone tour of the scenic spot for global tourists. The use of Alipay App or overseas local wallets, such as Kakao Pay in Korea, Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet in Malaysia and AlipayHK in China, has been supported in the scenic spot.
