Recently, the 2023 Science and Technology Leading Talents (Integrated Circuits) Beilun Travel event was held in Ningbo High-end Equipment Overseas Engineers Collaborative Innovation Center, building a bridge for face-to-face communication between enterprises and talents and promoting the integration of industry and intelligence.
Ningbo Beilun, born by Hong Kong and prosperous by Hong Kong, is the first “National Introduction of Foreign Intelligence Demonstration Zone” and a national-level excellent demonstration base for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship. In response to this activity, Beilun District Science and Technology Bureau organized extensive research and layout in the early stage, and summarized a total of 10 technical problems of enterprises such as “research on automation technology of crystal oscillator flip welding process” and “key technology of substrate stripping of gallium nitride devices”, involving IC substrates, crystal oscillators, EDA and other subdivisions.
At the event, scientific research experts from Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Xidian University, Institute of Semiconductors of Chinese Academy of Sciences and other universities and institutes introduced roadshows on projects such as “high-performance 5G RF filters based on heterogeneous integration technology”, “energy-efficient analog integrated circuits and systems” and “infrared quantum cascade lasers”.
“Demand enterprises put forward the difficulty of ‘crystal oscillator flip welding process automation technology research’, this work relies on manual labor, accuracy, operation stability need to be improved, but can improve the process through automated means and visual robot recognition technology.” After negotiating with the company, a scientific research expert from University of Science and Technology Beijing said that after the roadshow of his technical solution, he supplemented the communication with the company, and felt that the possibility of cooperation and docking between the two sides was quite large, and he looked forward to visiting the enterprise in the follow-up to deepen understanding and reach cooperation.

On the same day, 10 well-known experts in the field of integrated circuits who carried out the project roadshow were hired as engineer mentors of the Science and Technology Leading Talent Innovation Drive Center (Ningbo), which will better play the advantages of talent gathering and help enterprises solve the innovation dilemma.
Chen Weibang, deputy director of the Organization Department of the Beilun District Party Committee and executive deputy director of the Talent Office of the District Party Committee, said that the Science and Technology Talent Exchange and Development Service Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology was established in cooperation with the local community.The Science and Technology Leading Talent Innovation Drive Center (Ningbo) promotes the common solution of problems, resource sharing and development promotion, and contributes to the continuous gathering of innovation momentum and the advantages of openness in Beilun Province.

From 2020 to 2022, the center has carried out a total of 112 consultation and matchmaking and counseling training activities.
