In order to improve the service efficiency of public cultural venues, better provide high-quality cultural public services and convenient tourism public services for the people, and help common prosperity by injecting cultural development momentum, Putuo District started the pilot work of expanding the service function of public cultural venues this year, including four provincial-level pilots such as Liuheng Town Comprehensive Cultural Station and Gongqian Cultural Auditorium in Gongqian Village of Taohua Town, and 22 municipal-level pilots such as Dongji Town Dongji Village Cultural Auditorium and Ant Island Village Cultural Auditorium of Ant Island Management Committee.
First, expand the functions of venues and create brand characteristics
Combined with the local cultural characteristics, the cultural auditorium with fishing cultural elements as the main element will create a brand of “fishing culture” for the development of island leisure tourism in Xiazhi Town. Zhanmao street has always been known as the hometown of five artisans, so the “Five Artisans Cultural Festival” held every time highlights the brand culture of Zhanmao. The Ant Island Cultural Auditorium interprets and presents the spirit of Ant Island through theoretical preaching, live experience teaching, red film broadcasting, cultural performances, fun competitions and other rich forms, and has become a strong position to give full play to its service functions such as spreading modern civilization, displaying the red image of Ant Island, inheriting the spirit of Ant Island, popularizing practical knowledge and holding cultural activities. In the first half of 2021, the Ant Island Cultural Auditorium has accumulated 293 batches of service learning and training teams with 10,728 person-times, including 79 batches of 3,021 person-times from outside the city.
Second, extend the service space and enrich the content form
Taohua Town has been built into a comprehensive cultural and sports center integrating fitness, cultural and sports training, exhibition and other functions. In accordance with the basic principles of “promoting tourism by literature, demonstrating literature by tourism, overall coordination and win-win cooperation”, Taohua Town takes “attracting guests, welcoming guests and staying guests” as its new requirements and new ideas, and creates activity brands and carries out special activities to bring more tourists into Tawan Jinsha, Taohuajing, Anjifeng and other scenic spots. Through singing red songs, chanting red poems and other popular ways, Dengbu Island explores the cultural heritage of fishing villages and meets the spiritual and cultural needs of the people within its jurisdiction. Dongji Town Cultural Auditorium introduced technical operation services, and conducted public welfare training on smart phone skills operation twice, which directly benefited more than 20 fishermen and initially solved the difficulties of using mobile phones for the elderly.
Third, innovate service methods and promote digital intelligence services
Continuously unblock the information channels of public cultural venues and open up the “last mile” of public cultural services. The district library has incorporated 40% of village (community) libraries and cultural auditoriums into the library business system, completed the social security cartoon lending and returning project in the Yangtze River Delta region, and included 7 town (street) book branches and 5 city study rooms into the service scope of the project. The micro-library will be launched before the end of the year, and realize the functions of self-borrowing, self-retrieval, new book recommendation, reader service, venue reservation, event registration and so on through the mobile terminal, so as to realize global communication..Borrow and return. The Cultural Auditorium represented by shenjiamen Dapuwan Community actively publishes information about public cultural venues through the community (village) WeChat WeChat official account, SMS grid platform, electronic publicity screen and other carriers, and actively promotes “online office and handheld office” in combination with “Zheli Office” and “Pocket Putuo” apps, so as to fully realize non-contact and zero-errand handling of matters related to text travel.
