With the gathering of hot events such as “June 18th, Father’s Day, and Mid year Celebration” and the release of the list of most popular consumer landmarks… As the epidemic prevention and control situation stabilizes, Ningbo has launched a series of “combination punches” to boost consumer confidence, promote orderly commercial recovery, and reignite the “smoke and fire” of the city.
On June 24th, the 2021 Most Popular Consumer Landmarks in Ningbo were selected in the “Six Place” series sponsored by the Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and the most popular quarter hour convenient living circle, commercial complex, brand first store, and night cafeteria were selected. On the list, there are not only local business districts such as Tianyi Square, Heyi Avenue Shopping Center, Ninghai Restaurant, Baisha Wharf, as well as time-honored stores, but also “new faces” who have just settled in Ningbo, such as Hanku Department Store, Ningbo MIXC, and Luxi River, providing consumers with a comprehensive “consumption guide” for eating, drinking, and playing.
In terms of creating consumer scenarios, innovating business models, and upgrading commercial formats, Ningbo has been brave in trying and has made many breakthroughs. As the only national pilot city in the province for a quarter hour convenient living circle, Ningbo has built 33 convenient living circles, and residents’ consumption and life are becoming increasingly convenient and high-quality. Unique commercial complexes are blooming everywhere, with newly opened “Top Stream”, “Big Brother” who has been deeply rooted in Ningbo for decades, and “Small and Beautiful” commercial squares that drive county consumption showcasing their charm. With the rise of young consumer groups, night cafeterias and brand first stores with vastly different styles have showcased their talents in Ningbo, leading the way in new consumer fashion.
In recent years, Ningbo has focused on optimizing the construction of its commercial system, stimulating new vitality in the commercial district, and enhancing citizens’ consumption and service experience. Comprehensively carry out the creation of characteristic neighborhoods, integrating hardware facilities improvement, commercial order maintenance, and service concept advocacy into the creation standards, and creating high-quality consumption landmarks for citizens; Carry out pilot projects for children friendly business districts, guide shopping malls to explore unique development paths, and provide consumers with higher quality consumption scenarios; Carry out the action of creating and improving smart business districts, create multi-level smart business districts, promote the application innovation of the six major scenarios of “smart+”, and empower the upgrading of business districts with digitization.
Next, Ningbo will continue to focus on promoting the construction of an international consumption center city, further promoting consumption upgrading, opening up innovative business models, creating new growth points for consumption, continuously improving the comprehensive competitiveness of the city, improving the quality of life and happiness of citizens, accelerating the pace of building the “six cities”, and striving to create a new situation for the construction of a modern coastal metropolis.
