Recently, the 15th China (Shengzhou) Electric Machinery and Kitchenware Exhibition in 2022 was successfully launched around the theme of “Green, Low Carbon and Integrated Intelligence”, singing the main theme of “China Electric Machinery City and China Smart Kitchen”. Up to now, the exhibition has been held for 15 consecutive times, with more than 200 exhibitors and nearly 1,000 open booths. It has gradually become a professional exhibition road, and has launched a brand of motor and kitchenware exhibition with Shengzhou characteristics throughout the country, and has successively won the honor of “Top 50 China brand exhibitions in the new century and the most innovative exhibition in China”. The exhibition of electric machinery and kitchen utensils has become a “golden business card” to promote the economic development of Shengzhou. The first is to set up a site platform. The exhibition has gradually become market-oriented, standardized, international and professional. Through the early launch and joint invitation, it has attracted more than 350 machinery, motors, electrical appliances and kitchen utensils manufacturers from 27 provinces and regions such as Zhejiang, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong to participate in the exhibition. More than 1,006 booths were exhibited, covering an area of nearly 20,000 square meters, with on-site turnover of nearly 100 million yuan, intentional turnover of nearly 150 million yuan and exhibition visitors of about 20,000 people. The second is to build a good learning platform. During the exhibition, China Integrated Smart Kitchen Pioneer Zone Development Forum and other activities were held to deepen the association’s service to industrial clusters. Fang Jiancheng, academician of China Academy of Sciences, Xu Jiangrong, president of China Metrology University, and Vice President of School of Economics and Management of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University were invited to take Xiao Bin and other big coffee as the pulse for enterprises to connect with universities and colleges, benefiting more than 80 enterprises. The third is to set up an online platform. Using digital development, we will build a new platform for industrial innovation and development, integrate online and offline business logic, integrate exhibitions and industries, realize product display, and further promote the linkage between exhibition chain, industrial chain and supply chain. During the exhibition, we will hold live e-commerce sharing meetings and exhibitions on the cloud to realize “online and offline integration” and “customers come from the cloud”. Many kitchen utensils enterprises in Shengzhou have embarked on the road of digital and intelligent production. At present, more than 40 enterprises have participated in intelligent and digital transformation, and 156 enterprises have completed digital transformation.
