In recent years, the city has focused on the “stuck neck” problem of kitchenware enterprises, and cracked the “stuck neck” technology of the three major kitchenware industries through in-depth docking of production, education and research. First, the integrated stove noise reduction technology – aiming at the high noise problem encountered by the new integrated stove products, through a large number of optimization design, prototype experimental verification, successfully used 280mm impeller to replace the conventional 300mm outer diameter impeller, using advanced fan design theory to improve the functional power of the fan, improve the air volume while achieving effective noise reduction of 3dB. The results are applied to the new D5Z product of Yitian integrated stove “Tmall Genius”, with industry-leading performance indicators, and half-month sales exceeding 40 million yuan. The second is the performance improvement technology of the steaming independent integrated stove fan system – aiming at the technical problems of low air volume and high noise faced by the limited space size of the air duct under the independent integrated stove, the advanced simulation calculation is used to obtain a large suction power and low noise fresh air system, the air volume is increased by 2.0m3/min, and the noise is reduced by 1.5dB (the performance is better than Zhejiang manufacturing standard). The results are applied to the new model of Yitian S series integrated stove, and the performance indicators rank the leading level of similar products of integrated stove, and the product won the “Made in Zhejiang Excellence” in 2020. The third is the new technology of material surface passivation treatment – the problem of corrosion prevention of metal parts of the integrated stove has always been one of the key issues of concern of the kitchen appliance industry, focusing on the passivation treatment technology of the surface of the integrated stove valve body material, breaking through the key technology of corrosion resistance, and the corrosion resistance technical indicators are 2 times higher than the national corrosion resistance standard. The results can be applied to a variety of metal parts, and an automatic production line of 30,000 gas valves has been formed in Glenn Electronics, driving significant economic benefits.
