On November 16th, the “Double Innovation Era Ingenious Chinese Dream”-2018 Technical College Innovation and High-skilled Talents Exchange Meeting was successfully held in Wenzhou. Representatives from the government, national technical colleges, academic institutions, investment institutions, enterprises and other fields gathered in Wenzhou to talk about the opportunities and challenges of high-skilled talents’ innovation and entrepreneurship in the new era and new background.
Wenzhou once gave birth to Wen Shang, the most dazzling group in China’s modern business wave. They created business myths and wrote a brilliant chapter in the history of China’s economic development. In recent years, with the continuous efforts of the government and society on the supply side of policies, systems, capital and other factors, Wenzhou is growing into a highland of high-skilled talents.
As the theme forum of 2018 Wenzhou Entrepreneurship and Innovation Expo, this exchange meeting brought together Changjiang scholars, domestic experts in the field of technical education, high-skilled talents, representatives of venture capital institutions and enterprises, and representatives of technical colleges, and launched a lively and intense ideological collision to explore the road of innovation and entrepreneurship development of skilled talents, providing reference for the education, training and development of innovation and entrepreneurship in technical colleges.
“In recent years, with the new round of manufacturing reform and the continuous promotion and application of high-tech technologies such as digitalization and intelligence in production service projects, the demand for skilled talents, especially highly skilled talents, is increasing greatly.” In the keynote speech “Innovation Compensation and Sustainable Development”, Chen Kunting, a Changjiang scholar, brought us the most cutting-edge interpretation of innovation trends, and pointed out the direction for the innovation and sustainable development of high-skilled talents in Wenzhou.
“Introduce international thinking, systems and practices, and export solutions, standard paradigms and feasible practices with China characteristics.” In order to further promote the cultivation of international high-skilled talents, Li Yimo, the chief expert of the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Center (China), launched the sharing of “A New Mode of Cultivating High-skilled Talents from an International Perspective”, and expounded the methodology of guiding innovation and leading entrepreneurship by high-skilled talents from the perspectives of “international localization” and “local internationalization” respectively.
At the same time, in order to better support the cultivation of skilled talents, the launching ceremony of data research on innovative and high-skilled talents in technical colleges was held at the event site. It is reported that this is the first data survey of technical colleges and high-skilled talents in China, aiming to provide new ideas for technical colleges to carry out dual-innovation practice through comprehensive data integration, research and analysis, and lay a solid foundation for accurately guiding the cultivation of high-skilled talents.
It is reported that this exchange will be guided by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Employment Training Guidance Center, Wenzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Zhejiang Vocational Skills Teaching Research Institute, Zhejiang Youth Entrepreneurship College, Zhejiang.Co-sponsored by the Institute of Industry and Trade Technicians, it aims to explore the road of innovation and entrepreneurship development of high-skilled talents and further stimulate the enthusiasm of high-skilled talents to participate in dual-innovation activities.
