Recently, the Jiaxing Council for the Promotion of International Trade organized Jiaxing enterprises to participate in the Southeast Asian Investment Exchange Conference under the RCEP background hosted by the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce of the China International Chamber of Commerce. They helped to bridge the gap and better utilize RCEP policies to invest in Southeast Asia, helping enterprises “go global” and layout global markets. Zhan Shengfu, Investment Consul of the Consulate General of Malaysia in Shanghai, and Wu Jinxiong, Chief Representative of the Trade Promotion Office of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam in China (Hangzhou), respectively introduced the investment environment and policies of the three countries. The third part is to share foreign investment experiences with companies that have successfully “gone global” and help them cope with practical problems encountered in investment. Finally, there was face-to-face communication and exchange between the enterprises present and the consul in China. We have had exchanges and established contacts with the consulates and institutions of the three countries in China, hoping to take this opportunity to deepen mutual understanding and seek cooperation in the fields of trade and investment.
