Recently, Kaihua County Science and Technology Innovation Center actively organized more than 100 people, including leaders of science and technology enterprises, technical experts and financial personnel, to participate in the online network video training of high-technology enterprises organized by Quzhou City Science and Technology Bureau.
The training invited experts from Zhejiang University, Zhejiang New Zhongtian Accounting Firm Co., LTD., Zhejiang Tianzheng Information Technology Co., LTD., to teach the experience and matters needing attention from the aspects of policy interpretation, declaration skills and evaluation perspective, and eliminated the blind spot for more than 70 enterprises in Kaihua County. The training subject is clear, the content is detailed, the level is clear, has a strong practicality and guidance.
In recent years, Kaihua County attaches great importance to the cultivation of high and new technology enterprises, and has put forward the “doubling plan of high and high-tech enterprises”, which has achieved fruitful results. In the past three years, the average annual growth rate of high-tech enterprises has reached more than 20%. In 2021, high-tech enterprises in Kaihua County achieved a total industrial output value of 8.29 billion yuan, total profits and taxes of 1.01 billion yuan, and profit of 1.16 billion yuan, accounting for 58%, 68% and 67% of industrial enterprises above the designated level. The high-tech enterprises injected strong innovation momentum into the development of civilized economy.
In the next step, the county science and technology innovation center will strengthen the coordination and communication between departments, establish a dynamic cultivation mechanism for high enterprises, and combine with the “three services” activities, by strengthening the connection between enterprise needs and expert services, further optimize the economic development environment, encourage and guide more enterprises to declare high-tech enterprises.
