Yesterday afternoon, the National Treasure Light Frozen Stone Exhibition officially kicked off at the China Printing Museum at the foot of Xizi Lake and Gushan Mountain. The exhibition lasted for 10 days, and more than 100 pieces of Yin Shi, a treasure mined in the past 100 years, were exhibited.
China’s “three treasures of stone”, that is, the three wonders of red Huang Qing. “Red” means Changhua bloodstone, “Yellow” means Shoushan Tian Huang Frozen, and “Green” means Qingtian “Light Frozen”. The light freeze-printed stone is known as the “ancestor of stone printing”. It is recorded in books that in the thirty-sixth year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty, Wen Peng, then Dr. imperial academy, was the first to cure printing with light freezing, which made him feel refreshed, and he strongly advocated the promotion, creating a precedent of “stone is printed and literati seal cutting”.
“Lamp jelly belongs to cyan stone species, its color is yellowish in green, its crystallinity is medium to high, and it is semi-transparent. When it is illuminated, it can shine brightly, and its charm is smart, moist and soft. It is a treasure in Yin Shi.” Xia Kecheng, a researcher of Zhejiang Guoshi Culture Research Association and president of Qingtian Stone Carving Research Institute, said, however, due to the small stock of light freezing and the occurrence form of “sandwiched with raw rocks”, it is very difficult to mine and process it, and the probability of becoming a finished product is low.
Although Qingtian Light Freeze is famous in China, few people have really seen the best and top-grade light freeze in Yin Shi. Therefore, this heavy and rare feast, if you go to see it, there may be unexpected surprises. Reporter Xiong Yan
