In the field of commerce and trade circulation in Hangzhou, the requirements of “one goal, four priorities and three fears” are earnestly implemented. In accordance with the deployment requirements of the provincial party committee, the provincial government, the municipal party committee and the municipal government, typhoon prevention is regarded as the overriding task at present. We should overcome paralysis and luck, adhere to the bottom line thinking, think more seriously about the problem, consider more difficulties, make more preparations, and make the most adequate preparations with the sense of “always worrying”.
First, act quickly, find out the base and warn in time.
While paying close attention to the trend of Typhoon Plum Blossom, Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce cooperated with the commercial departments of all districts, counties (cities) and commercial circulation enterprises. Take the form of telephone, video and on-site survey overnight to check the flood control and typhoon prevention work of key supermarkets, complexes and agricultural batch markets. At 7: 00, 11: 00 and 14: 00 every day, the contents of business operations and anti-Taiwan security work are collected three times, and monitoring and early warning information is dynamically released.
Notice was issued to 46 large-scale “vegetable basket” operators and 128 joint-supply enterprises, requesting to strengthen contact with suppliers in time, adjust the direction of supply in time according to the weather conditions, and ensure adequate supply of materials for people’s livelihood.
