“I have been to China for more than 100 times. This trip to Anji allowed me to find the experience of culture helping rural revitalization.” Gong Taparansi, former deputy prime minister of Thailand and president of Thailand-China Friendship Association, said at the International Dialogue on “Culture Helps Rural Revitalization” held on the 28th.
The dialogue was hosted by the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. More than 100 people, including diplomatic envoys in China and experts and scholars at home and abroad, gathered in Anji County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province to start a dialogue on rural cultural construction and explore the harmonious symbiosis between people, people and society, and people and nature in the rural background.
Some foreign guests took part in cultural activities in Hangzhou and Huzhou from 26th to 28th, exploring the protection and utilization of local culture, and feeling the concrete practice of cultural empowerment in urban construction and rural revitalization.
