In 2015, there were 30 places for folk belief activities in the county that were included in the first batch of registration numbers.
The first is to check whether the organization is sound. Supervise the establishment of management organizations and security personnel in places of folk belief activities, and require each place to set up management teams according to the number and scale of believers, and implement special personnel to be responsible for the safety of places. The second is to check whether the place is safe. Check the fire-fighting facilities, fire-fighting equipment and the smooth flow of fire-fighting passages in places, and require all places to increase hardware investment in safety, fully equip fire-fighting equipment and equipment, and transform and strengthen safety protection facilities. At present, the rate of fire extinguishers in all places has reached 100%.
The third is to check whether the system is standardized. All venues for folk belief activities should establish and improve various systems of management, finance, public security, sanitation, fire control, etc., clarify the scope of responsibilities of all managers, make all systems unified and put them on the wall, announce them to the public, and consciously accept the supervision of the masses.
In response to the contents of the “three inspections”, the qingyuan county Municipal Bureau of Religious Affairs issued rectification notices to five places with problems in folk belief activities, requiring all towns (streets) to give written feedback on the rectification of places with folk belief activities, and establish rectification files to ensure the high quality of registration and numbering of places with folk belief activities.
