Recently, the Fruit Tree Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences signed a cooperation agreement with our county to jointly build the Southeast Hilly (Yunhe) Pear Test Station of the Fruit Tree Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and held a listing ceremony in our county. Build a research and learning base that integrates resource display, leisure tourism, cultural promotion, and science popularization demonstration, as well as a phenotypic and molecular database of pear germplasm resources in the southeastern hilly area (Yunhe) ecological zone, through resource “gene bank”, demonstration park, and pear culture park.
By exploring the specific functional components of Sydney resources, tracing and exploring the genetic background of Yun and Sydney, we deeply explore the cultural connotations of Yun and Sydney, enhance the product added value of Yun and Sydney industries, fully leverage brand effects, promote the transformation and upgrading of Yun and Sydney industries, drive the coordinated development of tourism, catering, culture and other industries in our county, and provide strong technological support for rural revitalization.
