From November 4 to 13, at the invitation of the municipal government of The Hague, the Netherlands and the Education Bureau of York, the office organized an exchange delegation composed of six schools, including Hangzhou Communications Vocational High School, Huzhou Wuxing High School, Huzhou No.5 Middle School, Huzhou Linghu Middle School, Jiaxing No.4 High School and Jiaxing Xiuzhou Middle School, to carry out the “Thousands of Schools” project in The Hague, the Netherlands and York, the United Kingdom.
During the visit, the delegation called on the deputy mayor of The Hague, the mayor of York, the county magistrate of Yorkshire, and the heads of the education departments of the two cities. The two sides had in-depth discussions on their respective education systems and exchanges between secondary schools. The delegation visited 10 middle schools in the two cities and signed nine inter-school cooperation agreements. The two sides will carry out exchanges and cooperation in personnel and teaching.
