On May 18-19, Zhang Qianjiang, Deputy Director of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce, led a team to Chun’an to investigate e-commerce work, with the participation of relevant leaders from the party committee, e-commerce department, provincial e-commerce center, provincial consumption promotion center, and Zhejiang International E-commerce Business Research Institute, accompanied by relevant leaders from Chun’an County People’s Government, Commerce Bureau, and Fengshuling Town People’s Government.
The research team successively investigated the Dashu e-commerce logistics site, the live broadcast base of agricultural products in Fengshuling Town, Liangshan Bank, Xiajiang Village, Gongfu Building, Maruzin Chaiben Tea Garden, Chun’an Qiandao Lake Brand Agricultural Products Museum, Chun’an County Commerce Bureau and other units, held seminars, entered the factory, looked at the scene, talked about development, asked about needs, listened to the business work reports of Chun’an County and Fengshuling Town, in-depth exchanges with the person in charge of the enterprise, and understood the production and operation of the enterprise Information and suggestions on logistics, transportation, development planning, etc.
During the investigation process, Deputy Director Zhang Qianjiang stated that Xiajiang Village has done fruitful work in building a rural commercial circulation system, giving play to the role of live streaming e-commerce and new retail to help agricultural products go up, and hopes to use live streaming e-commerce as an important starting point for boosting digital commerce, promoting agriculture, and common prosperity. At the same time, the Linqi Chinese herbal medicine market and the “Daxiajiang” complex will be used as the breakthrough points for township industry agglomeration, focusing on efforts to fully demonstrate local characteristics, Strengthen efforts to expand marketing channels and promote e-commerce to empower township characteristic industries.
Deputy Director Zhang Qianjiang emphasized that e-commerce is an important engine and work focus for achieving leapfrog and high-quality development in mountainous and ethnic areas, as well as an important channel and path for promoting the transformation and upgrading of ecological industries and ethnic trade in mountainous and ethnic areas. As the first batch of national e-commerce integrated demonstration counties in rural areas, Chun’an County has formed a new model of e-commerce promoting agricultural products into cities, consisting of an online marketing system, an offline e-commerce logistics system, and an e-commerce public service system, with the means of improving the e-commerce public service system, and the carrier of exploring the three-level logistics system of village level e-commerce logistics shuttle bus. With policy guidance and project promotion, Chun’an County has formed a new model of e-commerce promoting agricultural products into cities. It is hoped that Chun’an County, in the context of high-quality development and construction of common prosperity, will continue to create a strong atmosphere of e-commerce promoting consumption. Based on the establishment of e-commerce demonstration counties, it will grasp the progress of established projects, accelerate the implementation of projects, make up for the shortcomings in the development of e-commerce for agricultural products, increase the construction of e-commerce supply chain systems for agricultural products at the circulation end, and effectively promote the deepening and realization of common prosperity. Provincial departments should do a good job in service work, introduce support policies, implement support measures, support the leapfrog development of rural e-commerce in 26 counties in mountainous areas, and make new contributions to the revitalization of rural areas throughout the province and even the country.
