Recently, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued a notice to release the list of national cultural and tourism science and technology innovation project reserves in 2021. 100 cultural and tourism science and technology innovation projects, including “Research and Development of Cultural and Creative Resources Information Platform Based on Online Cloud Services”, “Smart Tourism Application Demonstration Based on 5G + AI with Tourist Service as the Core”, and “Innovation and Practice of Online Service Model of Public Libraries with Microservice Architecture” were included in the list.
The notice pointed out that the review and warehousing of the national cultural and tourism science and technology innovation project in 2021 has been completed, and all recommending units should attach great importance to it, and all outbound projects must be effectively included in the work plan, guide and urge the project undertaking units to do a good job in project implementation and fund management and use, ensure that supporting funds are fully in place, and complete the project on time and with quality and quantity. All recommending units are encouraged to give supporting funds to the project.
The notice requires that each recommending unit shall organize the project applicant to fill in the “National Culture and Tourism Science and Technology Innovation Project Contract”, the content of which must effectively reflect the main content of the project, innovation points, main assessment indicators and supporting funds, etc., to ensure that it is not lower than the relevant content promised at the time of project declaration.
