In order to actively respond to the current outbreak of the epidemic, Dandong Street, Xiangshan County implemented the provincial, municipal, and county epidemic prevention and control requirements as soon as possible, made rapid and thorough arrangements, and took timely measures to do a good job in the religious field of epidemic prevention and control.
First, institutionalize the implementation of responsibilities. To maintain the prevention and control of the epidemic, as Ningbo City launched a level 1 emergency response, the street immediately held a party and government team meeting to formulate a “religious site management” plan. Give play to the role of the “three person team in the hall”, which is composed of the party and government team, joint village cadres, and village cadres. Contact leaders to personally lead a team to conduct a comprehensive inspection of 10 religious activity sites and 14 folk belief sites within the jurisdiction, and compact responsibilities from top to bottom. According to the requirements of the “Epidemic Prevention Work Reminder” of the street, and based on the territorial principle, village cadres are responsible for arranging grid personnel to arrange patrols, assign personnel, assign posts, and assign responsibilities to ensure that epidemic prevention work in religious places is carried out in a meticulous manner.
The second is the standardization of epidemic prevention management. Led by the street united front committee, the street united front office, discipline work commission, efficiency office, public security police and other departments jointly formed an inspection team to inspect the site, and found problems to initiate accountability for the work of street cadres. Strictly implement “double suspension”, post “double suspension” notices at prominent positions at the entrance of the venue, implement closed management, and prohibit outsiders from entering and conducting religious activities. Establish a WeChat group for the person in charge of the site, remind religious believers to reduce unnecessary travel and not go to medium and high risk areas unnecessarily, and do a good job in publicity, education, and public opinion guidance. Guide religious activity venues to do a good job in epidemic prevention, disinfection, sanitation, ventilation, and other work in accordance with relevant requirements.
The third is to normalize inspection and supervision. The Neighborhood United Front Office organized an inspection team to conduct irregular “pull net” inspections of the epidemic prevention and control work in religious activity venues within its jurisdiction. In the past few days, a total of 92 groups and 359 person-times of inspections have been dispatched, with the greatest determination and effort invested. Small periodic rolling inspections have been conducted to supervise the implementation of prevention and control measures in the venues, to prevent the occurrence of “small doors, back doors” and other situations in the venues. The subdistrict discipline work committee promptly notified and ordered rectification of the reported problems. Currently, it has interviewed two persons in charge of the places, effectively ensuring “zero infection” for religious believers and “zero accidents” for religious places.
