Recently, another utility model patent of Zhejiang Institute of Metrology was authorized by the China National Intellectual Property Administration. The utility model patent “Ring-down Optical Cavity for Greenhouse Gas Content Detection” based on cavity ring-down spectroscopy technology is the research result of the public welfare project “Research on Ultrafast Spectral Analysis Method and Application of Greenhouse Gas” independently undertaken by the Institute of Science and Technology of Zhejiang Province, which provides technical support for high-precision greenhouse gas spectral detection, and further demonstrates the technical strength of the Institute of Metrology of Zhejiang Province in the field of dual-carbon measurement. The length of interaction between them greatly improves the detection accuracy. The analysis and measurement method and monitoring device developed can be used for the calibration of greenhouse gas measuring instruments in the atmospheric environment, with fast and real-time characteristics and great social benefits.
