On the afternoon of January 16, the Intelligent Sensing Innovation and Application Summit was held in Qingshan Lake Science and Technology City, and the construction of Qingshan Lake Micro-nano Intelligent Manufacturing Town was officially launched. Li Ping, member of the Party Group of the Ministry of Science and Technology and director of Science and Technology Daily, Zhang Zhihong, director of the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Zhou Guohui, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Chen Xinhua, Vice Mayor of Hangzhou, Lu Chunqiang and Luo Anwen, leaders of Lin’an District, as well as China Sensor and Internet of Things Industry Alliance, Zhejiang Internet of Things Industry Association, and relevant responsible persons of relevant departments in provinces and municipalities attended the summit and witnessed the launch of the town. Zhou Guohui, Chen Xinhua, Luo Anquan and others delivered speeches respectively.
“The intelligent sensing industry is the foundation and core of the development of artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and other industries, and micro-nano intelligent manufacturing towns will certainly have great prospects in the wave of innovation and development of digital economy and information economy.” Zhou Guohui pointed out that in recent years, Zhejiang has set off a new round of innovation and entrepreneurship with the construction of characteristic towns, and has become a model of transformation and upgrading. The construction of micro-nano intelligent manufacturing town is of great significance to seize the development opportunities of the intelligent sensing industry and promote the comprehensive integration of innovation chain, industrial chain, talent chain and capital chain. At the same time, it is also of great significance for Qingshan Lake Science and Technology City to gather innovation resources, shift from large-scale construction to large-scale development, shift from gathering high-end elements to promoting the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and accelerate the construction of a “innovation-driven, industry-city integration” science and technology new city.
For the next development of Qingshan Lake Micro-nano Intelligent Manufacturing Town, Zhou Guohui put forward three expectations.
First, it is expected that the town will become a business card for the gathering of innovative resources. Hope Town adheres to the high-end positioning, actively connects and introduces first-class micro-nano sensing R&D and innovation teams at home and abroad, strengthens the development of cutting-edge sensor technology and application-oriented products, actively promotes the construction of a leading sensor science and technology innovation center in China, and makes positive contributions to the capacity building of independent innovation in the field of intelligent sensing in our province.
The second is to expect the town to become a benchmark for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. It is hoped that the town will give full play to the advantages of innovation resource agglomeration, accelerate the construction of innovation carriers such as Shanghai Microtechnology Industry Research Institute to release innovation vitality, and promote the transformation and landing of a number of representative major scientific and technological innovation achievements with the help of the mature industrial cultivation system of Qingshan Lake Science and Technology City, enhance the endogenous power of the micro-nano sensing industry, and promote the high-quality economic development of the region and our province.
The third is to expect the town to become a typical example of industrial high-tech development. It is hoped that the town will adhere to the industrial positioning, actively explore the cultivation model of strategic emerging industries, accelerate the construction of a number of industrialization projects of strategic significance represented by major national science and technology projects, promote the high-tech of the town’s industry to the cutting-edge, build high-tech industrial clusters at a high level, and set up a model for industrial high-tech development for characteristic towns.
At the event, 10 of the first batch of project units, including CEC Hikang and the Institute of Optoelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, signed a project cooperation agreement with Lin’an District. China Sensor and Internet of Things Industry Alliance and Zhejiang Internet of Things Industry Association awarded plaques of “China Sensor and Internet of Things Industry Alliance Sub-alliance” and “Zhejiang Internet of Things Industry Association Sensor Development and Application Branch” respectively. Yang Xiao, Secretary-General of China Sensor and Internet of Things Industry Alliance, Ji Weiping, Secretary-General of Zhejiang Internet of Things Industry Association, Pan Zhenzheng, Vice President of SUPCON Research Institute, Liu Bo, General Manager of Zhejiang Hikang Chituo Technology Co., Ltd., and Cui Dongliang, Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Transfar Luwhale Technology Co., Ltd. were hired as the chief experts of Qingshan Lake Science and Technology City Development Think Tank.
It is understood that Hangzhou Lin’an District focuses on the field of intelligent sensing, and the Qingshan Lake micro-nano intelligent manufacturing town is located in the core area of Qingshan Lake Science and Technology City, with a planned area of 3.17 square kilometers and a construction area of 1 square kilometer. At present, 18 projects have been settled, including 6 national R&D centers, 1 national platform, 1 provincial platform, 2 university R&D centers and 9 industrialization projects. Through the construction of micro-nano intelligent manufacturing town, Lin’an District aims to build a national sensor and Internet of Things industry application demonstration center, a leading sensor technology innovation center in China, and a gathering place for high-intelligence talents in sensors in the Yangtze River Delta.
