The reporter learned from the Taizhou Talent Development Conference held on April 13th that in recent years, Taizhou enterprises have been actively aiming at the high-quality resources of international industries and the “invisible champions” of the industry, and have taken the initiative to acquire high-end elements such as talents and technology internationally. Since last year alone, six listed companies in the city have successfully made eight overseas acquisitions, involving an amount of 2.6 billion yuan, attracting more than 200 overseas high-level talents as a team, forming a virtuous circle pattern of “merging one enterprise, bringing back a batch, and driving one piece”. At the same time, Taizhou encourages enterprises to set up R&D institutions overseas, with a reward of up to 10 million yuan. According to statistics, last year’s overseas investment in Taizhou was 500 million US dollars, an increase of 192% over the previous year, ranking first in the province.
These gratifying changes are due to Taizhou’s giving full play to the advantages of private capital and project science and technology of talents in the process of introducing high-level talents, constructing the entrepreneurial cooperation mode of “talent project+private capital of private enterprises”, forming talent agglomeration and promoting the deep integration of talents and private enterprises. “The agglomeration effect of high-level talents has effectively promoted the transformation and upgrading of Taizhou’s traditional industries into a high-quality development track.” According to the person in charge of the Talent Office of Taizhou Municipal Committee, Taizhou is making efforts to continuously gather talents through the mode of “Talent Project+Private Capital of Private Enterprises”, and strive to build a talent highland with all the talents and talents, and rank among the first phalanx of talent work in the province. At present, there are 117 “national thousand” and “provincial thousand” talents in the city, of which 111 talents work in enterprises.
On the basis of rewarding and subsidizing talents, Taizhou pays attention to rewarding and supporting the talents-attracting subjects, and gives the talents-attracting salary subsidy of up to 1 million yuan and certain subsidies for talents-attracting work.
Attract, but also to stay. Taizhou takes the lead in exploring the enterprise talent work points system in the whole province, linking the enterprise talent work with the enjoyment of preferential policies. The “talent reward annuity” system is the first in the province, and outstanding talents who have worked in Taizhou for more than 5 years can get an annuity reward of up to 1 million yuan per round. At the same time, give full play to the enthusiasm of private enterprises to attract talents, and give financial subsidies to enterprises to attract talents overseas and send outstanding talents for overseas training.
