Industry-university-research cooperation to promote talent work. First, actively visit yonghe valve, Yidu handicraft, Lixin pump valve and other enterprises, conduct in-depth communication with the enterprise leaders, learn about the difficulties and talent needs, and guide the independent innovation and the expert team of Lishui University and the representative enterprises in the valve industry, and realize the deep integration of industry, university and research.
Project rectification and upgrading to promote talent work. First, we will organize experts to evaluate and check and accept the 8 “Green Valley Elite” projects implemented in our county in 2022 [1 * * * * * * * 8]. The evaluation team carried out field assessment, listened to the project implementation report, reviewed the evaluation and acceptance data, put forward constructive rectification and optimization opinions for the project implementation, and promoted the smooth implementation of the next step of “Green Valley Elite” project; second, organized the member units of the county “Green Valley Elite” special office and the third party evaluation agency to upgrade Dr. Li Shouhai’s “high-performance water paint innovation and Industrialization Demonstration” project. The expert group listened to the summary of project implementation, financial audit, user opinions and other reports, after discussion and inquiry, formed reports, and put forward relevant opinions for the future development of the enterprise.
Actively communicate and promote talent work. The leadership team of the county science and Technology bureau led the relevant personnel of the department to report the work of the municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and had a work discussion with the municipal bureau leaders. At the meeting, the difficulties and problems encountered in the work of innovation consortium, city and county linkage project, talent green Valley elite project, and science and technology innovation enclave were discussed. The leaders of the municipal bureau gave suggestions, clarified the next work ideas, and actively helped to solve the problems.
