On May 11, the Huzhou “Science and Technology Enrich Farmers” shuttle bus Deqing Station activity was successfully held on the platform of Deqing County’s freshwater intelligent fishery provincial agricultural park. At the activity ceremony, the municipal science and technology activity week and agricultural science and technology service week were officially launched, and the new varieties and technologies of agricultural breeding were officially released. In recent years, Deqing County has focused on talent sinking, platform strengthening, and farmers becoming rich. With scientific and technological talents as the link, it has diverted advanced achievements and innovation elements from “cities” to “villages”, and made every effort to solve the bottleneck problems of rural talent shortage, farmers’ lack of skills, and agricultural lack of projects, so as to promote agricultural efficiency, farmers’ income, and rural prosperity. Totally, one provincial key agricultural enterprise research institute, 18 provincial agricultural science and technology enterprise research and development centers, 42 provincial agricultural science and technology enterprises, and 23 national high-tech enterprises in the agricultural field have been recognized. Totally 6 key R&D projects above the provincial level have been approved, and 9.45 million yuan of financial funds above the provincial level have been obtained.
In the next step, Deqing County will actively give play to the industrial agglomeration advantages of provincial agricultural science and technology parks, build a full chain science and technology enterprise incubation system of “Xingchuangtiandi+Incubator+Science and Technology Park”, constantly tap the innovation and entrepreneurship potential in the agricultural field, gather makers and talents, cultivate agricultural science and technology innovation subjects, carry out applied technology research and development, and help “science and technology rich farmers” to open up well, stabilize and open up far, and drive to the next richer station.
