At the meeting, the relevant person in charge of the Hangzhou Free Trade Commission reported on the construction of the Hangzhou cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone and the next work ideas. Deputy Director Zhang Qianjiang pointed out that Hangzhou, as the first cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone in the country, has boldly explored and tried in recent years, accumulating new experience and trying new models to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce in the province and even the whole country, and it is necessary to summarize the “Hangzhou experience” of the national cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone; The next step is to adhere to the benchmarking table, actively implement the Ministry of Commerce’s assessment and evaluation requirements for the national comprehensive test zone and the task deployment of the Provincial Department of Commerce to build a strong province for cross-border e-commerce, and always walk in the forefront of the development of the national comprehensive test zone; It is necessary to strengthen the linkage between provinces and cities, integrate the resources of departments, research institutions and business associations, and continuously innovate work measures to improve the effectiveness of cross-border e-commerce development; Provincial-level departments should do a good job in the replication and promotion of the “Hangzhou experience”, and promote and publicize the good experience and good practices of Hangzhou Comprehensive Pilot Zone in platform agglomeration, subject cultivation, brand going abroad, public services, etc., in the province and even the whole country, so as to make new contributions to the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce in the province and the whole country.
