From November 10th to 11th, the province’s tourism hotel industry quality improvement and standard publicity training course was held in Hangzhou. The training course was hosted by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Zhejiang Province, and more than 240 people participated in the training, including relevant responsible persons of the Market Management Department of the Culture and Tourism Bureau of various districted cities, star evaluators of provincial tourist hotels and representatives of hotel enterprises.
This training course aims to continue to do a good job in the publicity of tourism hotel standards such as “Quality Hotel Assessment Specification” and “Basic Requirements and Assessment of Characteristic Cultural Theme Hotel” in our province, solidly promote the creation of quality hotels and characteristic cultural theme hotels in our province, strive to improve the service quality of our province’s hotel industry, and help the high-quality development of culture and tourism in the province.
During the training, a number of national, provincial and municipal industry experts and representatives of hotel enterprises were invited to give special lectures, involving the interpretation of tourism hotel standards, service quality theory discussion, special sharing on the construction of characteristic cultural theme hotels and other aspects. The training is close to reality, targeted and instructive, laying a solid foundation for the creation of tourist hotel brands and quality improvement in the province.
