Second, to cultivate the consumption scene. We will cultivate new economic business forms such as exhibition economy, live broadcasting economy and landmark economy, hold high-level consumption exhibitions, fashion runway shows and brand promotion activities, vigorously support time-honored enterprises to develop new China-fashion products, inherit China-fashion classics, attract well-known e-commerce MCN institutions to land, and create regional characteristic product exhibition and sales scenes. For example, based on the advantages of China’s shoe capital industry, the government has set the stage of the first shoe purchasing Festival brand. Since 2019, nine procurement festival has been held, attracting more than 1,300 exhibitors, 160,000 buyers from Shenyang, Guangzhou and other parts of the country, and reaching 55 million pairs of orders, with a turnover of 5.5 billion yuan. Another example is that relying on the development potential of e-commerce in the county top 100 online shopping list, attracting TikTok e-commerce to land the first shoe and boots live e-commerce industrial base in Lucheng, which is expected to drive the sales of shoes and boots by more than 500 million yuan annually.
Third, to enrich consumer brands.
