Through the establishment of monitoring platform, strengthen the monitoring of the spatial distribution and quantity changes of rare animals, speed up the realization of “sky-land integration” monitoring full coverage and “full chain management” of ecological protection, improve the function of the grid-based monitoring platform for forest biodiversity, predict the spatial distribution of animals’ suitable habitats in national parks by using models, guide community residents to rationally standardize farming behaviors, reduce the use of pesticides and fertilizers, and comprehensively enhance their awareness of protection. Improve the ability, efficiency and level of ecological environment management in an all-round way, and accelerate the protection of ecological environment and resources. Carry out the ecological system protection and restoration of Qiantang River headwater basin in National Park, and do a good job in the prevention of soil erosion in important water sources and headwater protection areas. Focusing on the causes and treatment of heavy air pollution, we will carry out the research, popularization and application of regional air joint prevention and control technology system. Vigorously promote the innovation of farming system and popularize green production technology modes such as high quality and high yield, protected cultivation and ecological efficiency. Construction of field water circulation system, construction of farmland green water ecosystem and protection of farmland biodiversity. Accelerate the popularization and application of resources development and utilization, river basin environmental monitoring and disaster warning and forecasting technology, safety warning, harmless treatment, upgrading and reuse of wastewater, waste gas and solid waste, etc.
