On May 19, the first working meeting of members of the Joint Conference Office for New Digital Life Services in Hangzhou was held at the Municipal Bureau of Commerce. A total of 34 persons attended the meeting, including 15 member units including the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, 3 sample creation districts (counties) including Shangcheng District, Xiaoshan District and Tonglu County, 4 related enterprises including Ant Group, Netease, Business Travel Group and Shell, and the heads of relevant business departments of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce. Zheng Yongbiao, Deputy Director of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Director of the Municipal Statistics Office, and Li Xin, Deputy Director of the E-commerce Department of the Provincial Department of Commerce attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
The meeting listened to the promotion of new digital life services by member units, the creation of three district (county) models and the participation of four enterprises in the construction of new digital life services, as well as the difficulties encountered in the work, suggestions and plans for the next step.
Deputy Director Li Xin introduced the development of new digital life services in the province and the next key work arrangement. He said that Hangzhou has a solid foundation in the digital economy, and has strong advantages in business, culture and tourism and other life services. The work of creating a new service benchmark city for digital life has been promoted solidly and effectively, with obvious results, which is worthy of recognition.
Zheng Yongbiao, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Commerce of Guangdong Province, first expressed his thanks to the provincial Department of Commerce for its meticulous guidance, and to all units for their strong support and joint efforts to promote the city’s new digital life services. At the same time, the city’s new digital life services put forward clear requirements: First, we should attach great importance to it. Under the background of the central government’s request to speed up the construction of “digital China” and “give full play to the advantages of digital economy to help the new pattern of dual cycle development”, as the “first city of digital economy”, how to build the digital life field into a model for the whole country and the whole province is an important topic before us. We must attach great importance to it in thought, implement it in action, and take effective measures. Second, we should grasp the key points. The key to developing new digital life services is to implement the people-oriented concept, focus on all areas of people’s life and social management, and accelerate the promotion of digitalization of living services by focusing on benchmarking projects, application scenarios, and leading enterprises, so as to better meet the aspirations of hundreds of people for a better life. Third, we should do a good job of implementation. We should clarify the boundary, highlight the service function of the government, and give play to the power of the market to achieve the goal of digital convenience. It is necessary to refine scenarios, select specific scenarios according to the requirements of “large scenarios, small incisions”, refine problem sorting, task disassembly and integrated solution, and truly implement the work and achieve actual results. We should be good at summarizing advanced experience, refining characteristic practices, creating typical cases, and providing “Hangzhou experience” and “Hangzhou model” for the new digital life services in the province.
