China-Finland Science and Technology Industrial Park has been settled in Qiantang Smart City

As a product of the deep cooperation between Zhejiang Province and the capital region of Finland, China-Finland Science and Technology Industrial Park, relying on Haibang Chuangzhi and Finland FinC platform, focuses on artificial intelligence, biomedicine, environmental protection and clean energy, and is committed to making more high-quality Finnish projects settled in Hangzhou. Founded in 2017, FinC Platform focuses on promoting deep cooperation between Zhejiang Province and Finland in trade, technology, culture, education and tourism; Zhejiang Haibang Chuangzhi Investment Management Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive investment platform organization integrating equity investment and full industrial chain operation services of Mass entrepreneurship and innovation.
“China has a market, capital, and more space for industrialization, while Finland has advantageous talents, projects and technologies such as water management, environmental protection, artificial intelligence, and biomedicine. What we need to do is to introduce outstanding talents and projects from Finland and all over Europe into China through the industrial park platform, and help them find domestic partners, expand the domestic market, and also help domestic enterprises to transform and upgrade.”Said Wang Bo, chairman of Zhejiang Lejie Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., which is in charge of operating the park.
At the settlement ceremony, representatives of two high-tech start-ups from Finland signed the intended settlement agreement. Among them, the Finnish MAT company is a company that relies on artificial intelligence technology to provide optimized automation system services for enterprises, including Lego (USA) and Coca-Cola (Germany). MAT helps these customers improve the efficiency of their supply chain, production links, and sales channels, reduce operating costs, and improve operational efficiency through intelligent management.
“As the only pilot zone for talent management reform in Hangzhou, Qiantang Smart City will continue to release policy dividends and accelerate the transformation of international technical talents and achievements.”Wu Yuehua, director of the Qiantang Smart City Talent and Technology Bureau, said that the China-Finland Science and Technology Industrial Park will introduce at least 23 high-level talents and 60 science and technology projects within three years, and help the Qiantang Smart City to form a leading advantage in the two leading industries of intelligent manufacturing and digital fashion.
Up to now, there are 11 municipal-level incubators in Jianggan District, including 3 national-level incubators, with a total incubation area of more than 180,000 square meters and more than 660 incubated enterprises. In recent years, Jianggan has always adhered to the innovation-driven strategy, taken innovation as the first driving force and talent as the first resource, taken information economy, digital economy and intelligent manufacturing as the “no. 1 project” to promote high-quality economic development, and has issued a series of high-value policies, effectively building a strong innovation and entrepreneurship ecology.
