AI intelligent analysis 24 hours automatic identification of Hangzhou’s first “cloud on the urban management” online yesterday

The “Cloud chengguan” real-time shows that there is a marking box on a street corner after LinSi, and the garbage accumulation in the box is obvious. The backstage will assign cleaners or law enforcement team members to go to the scene for treatment.
Hangzhou’s first “cloud urban management” pilot was officially launched yesterday in Xiacheng District. What is “Cloud City Management”? You can think of it as a chengguan version of the “city brain” that Hangzhou is currently vigorously advancing.
In the future, all kinds of tedious and small things of urban management in the streets and alleys of the entire downtown area will be presented on this “cloud”, with the help of artificial intelligence, satellite positioning, cloud data analysis and other advanced technological means, so that our urban management will be more refined.
The Digital Urban Management Information Disposal Center of the Hangzhou Urban Management Commission said that if the pilot in the lower urban area is good, the “cloud urban management” is expected to be promoted in other urban areas of Hangzhou in the future.
Introduce AI intelligent analysis and monitoring system
Let the probe automatically identify the problem
Walking into the command hall of the “Cloud City Management” in the lower city area, there is a large screen that presents a set of data in real time.
52 patrol personnel, 67 online vehicles, 88628 components, 3712 Xueliang projects (monitoring probes), 30232 shared bicycles… This is all that “Cloud City Management” is in charge of at the moment.
In 2012, Hangzhou proposed the concept of “smart city management”, which connects manhole covers, ancient and famous trees, elevated greening, and water accumulation points in the city into an invisible urban management network, and realizes real-time early warning of the lack of online water levels and municipal manhole covers of rivers to achieve intelligent and intelligent management.
The “cloud city management” of this pilot can be said to be an upgraded version of “smart city management”.
The Xiacheng District Urban Management Bureau introduced the “AI intelligent analysis and monitoring system” into the cloud urban management command system for the first time, and “solved the case” by itself with the help of computer vision recognition technology.
The staff randomly opened a platform recording screen at the scene, which showed a street corner behind the forest division of Changqing Street at 2:56 p.m. In the picture, this street corner shows a red frame, and garbage accumulation is obvious. “After discovering the problem, the background will be assigned to the corresponding cleaning personnel or law enforcement team members to deal with it on the spot according to the actual situation.”
According to the Xiacheng Urban Management Bureau, there are currently more than 3,000 probes in the jurisdiction of Xiacheng District, and more than 50 “cloud urban management” have been connected. These more than 50 probes can already help the platform identify urban management problems such as unclean roads, garbage accumulation, illegal parking of non-motor vehicles, illegal parking of motor vehicles, business operations, out-of-store operations, and overflowing garbage cans.
This year, the “cloud city management” in the lower city will connect all probes in the jurisdiction. In this way, in the future, more than 3,000 “electronic city management” will be added to the streets in the lower city area rain or shine, 24 hours a day.
Daily management, illegal registration, bicycle management, etc
One-click switching processing
For the management of disorderly parked shared bicycles, “cloud city management” also gave a new solution.
At present, “Cloud City Management” has accessed the data of more than 30,000 vehicles of three bicycle companies operating in Xiacheng District. Every day, the number of shared bicycle orders in Xiacheng District and the real-time dynamics of each vehicle will be recorded in real time by “Cloud City Management”.
At present, Xiacheng District has set up electronic fences in Fengqi Road, Qingchun Road, North Huancheng Road, Yan’an Road and other sections. The operation personnel of bicycle enterprises will also be stationed in the command hall of “Cloud City Management”. Once the system platform shows that the vehicle is not parked in the fence according to the regulations, or the parking order is chaotic, it will be fed back to each bicycle company in real time and immediately go to the scene to deal with it.
In addition, the information provided by “Cloud City Management” such as bicycle lock parking location, tidal hot spots, faults and zombie car distribution can also help Xiacheng better realize the intelligent management of shared bicycles.
Shared bicycles are only one of the management contents of “cloud city management”, and through one-click switching, it can also realize multi-mode switching management such as daily management, emergency mode, and illegal construction registration.
At the same time, in management, the “cloud dictionary” covering large databases built into the “cloud chengguan” data platform will also provide auxiliary data help. At present, the “cloud urban management” in Xiacheng District has entered a total of 12 categories and more than 5,000 detailed data of urban components. For example, the material, location, maintenance unit and other details of urban components such as rainwater grates, bridges across rivers, and manhole covers.
